Lighting Control Systems Solutions for 2013 T24

  • Review 2013 Title 24 requirements and Lighting Control System Solutions for Indoor Commercial/Non-Residential
  • Show the proper lighting controls solution for Indoor Commercial applications (the systems can get complicated quickly with variables such daylight areas, exceptions to the code & understanding of a viable solution to use)
  • Learn the Title 24 Requirements and rules of thumb for providing the correct solution for each application
Daniel Cortez has been involved with the “Lighting & Controls” industry for 20 years.  He started his career with Graybar Electric as a Project Manager and was there for 7 ½ years.  Daniel went on to work at Lighting Control & Design as their District Control Sales Specialist for 7 ½ years.  After that, he joined Acuity Brands as the Control Sales Manager and was there for 5 ½ years, during his role at Acuity he was the subject matter expert in Title 24. He helped develop curriculum for Electrical Engineers, Architects, Lighting Designers, Electrical Contractors, & Distributors. Daniel is currently a Principle with San Diego Lighting Association and is leading our industry in educational trainings for Architects, Lighting Designers, Electrical Contractors, & Distributors in San Diego, since April of 2014.
