"I signed up but I'm still not receiving the newsletters."
you signed up, a message was sent to the e-mail address you provided to
verify that you wished to join the IAEI Southern California Chapter
mailing list and to insure we maintain a 100% permission-based mailing
list. If you do not respond to this message, you will not be added to
"My email address has changed. How do I update it?"
The easiest way to update your email address is sign up as a new user. Your old email address will remain active until 3 concurrent mailings bounce, at which time the system will automatically remove that address from the mailing list.
"Why did I stop receiving meeting announcements?"
The most likely reasons are:

- Your spam filter thinks these messages are junk and automatically moves them to the "Trash" folder. Please add "email@example.com" to your address book.
- Some Internet Service Providers automatically respond to first time senders with a request to verify the identity of the author before the message gets through to the subscriber (Earhlink is a good example). Our system views that response as a "bounced email" and deletes you from the data base. Please add "firstname.lastname@example.org" to your address book. If that doesn't work, you may need to manually sign up by clicking here and filling in the required information. Important: remember to return the confirmation email sent to you after you sign up. This is done to ensure that you truly did sign up to receive our mailings.
"Do I need to be a member to attend a meeting?"
