Joe
Baber's career spans 40 years in the electrical industry. For the past 20
years, Joe's time has been dedicated to electrical code enforcement,
interpretation, and instruction. Joe holds Minnesota Master, Journeyman, and
Maintenance electrician licenses, and is a Certified California General
Electrician. He was past president and board member for the Minnesota
Chapter on the International Association of Electrical Inspectors. Joe was also
